Chelsea Confirmed Exit From ESL
PARIS: Chelsea, the last club to sign a document to join the European Super League (ESL) before, confirmed late last night that they will also be out of the controversial competition.
“Chelsea Football Club can confirm it has begun procedures to withdraw from the European Super League development plan group,” the club said in a statement on their website.
Five English Premier League (EPL) giants, namely Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester City, have previously announced their exit from ESL.
