Aguero Appreciates Man City’s Support Staff

LONDON: Sergio Aguero rewarded Manchester City staff with gifts in the form of cars and watches before leaving for Barcelona.

The Argentine made sure all the staff who had helped him over a decade at the club, where he won 15 trophies including five English Premier League titles, did not drop out.

According to local media reports, the attacker handed out lucky draw tickets for his Range Rover car and bought each one a branded watch with the engraving ‘Gracias! With Aguero ‘.

One of the team staff won the car while each received a special edition watch worth over 1,000 pounds.

The report also revealed that the 32 -year -old contributed a sum of money to support staff handed over by the squad twice a year.

The City top scorer will join Barca when his contract expires at the end of this month but he was officially introduced at the Nou Camp last Monday.
